We visit a site and assess the type and magnitude of the valuation work to be carried out. This is the logical starting point for a valuation project.

Our highly skilled personnel are allocated to a particular project per area of specialisation.

Where need be, we enter into consortium agreements for bigger or specialised projects.

How Manna Property Valuations Operate

The company is divided into four departments: Administration, Logistics (which falls under Administration), Sales and Projects. More about Manna Valuations

Administration

Administration is concerned with the day to day running of the company, taking care of matters such as accounts, ordering stock, vendor applications and so forth.

Logistics

Logistics is responsible for fleet management, valuation trips, accommodation, and field work supervision.

Sales

Sales take care of quotations, marketing, customer service, receiving sales orders, and processing valuation orders and assist Projects with vendor applications.

Projects

Projects is responsible for providing services to clients and for internal planning. This is achieved by a project management approach.
